Coach Matt began his journey in this very building in 2014 as an Exercise Science Intern from Springfield College. Since then, Matt has received a Bachelors Degree in Applied Exercise Science and has become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Julie has been training folks in a variety of settings since 2015. An athlete her entire life and bonafide gym rat, she loves helping people reach their physical (and mental) potentials through exercise. From high school and college athletes to nursing home residents and everything in between, Julie has experience with many different populations. As such, she firmly believes that a wide breadth of experience will inform her in making the best coaching decisions possible to get her clients the best results.

Coach Natalie is a highly experienced and accomplished strength and conditioning coach with a successful track record spanning nearly a decade. Over the years, she has worked with a diverse clientele ranging from elite D1 athletes to the geriatric and general population, helping them achieve their fitness and wellness goals.

Natalie's expertise in orthopedic exercise extends to clients with various and dire orthopedic issues. She has worked with individuals recovering from knee and hip replacements, back surgeries, rotator cuff injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Her vast experience in working with such clients has equipped her with the knowledge and skills to develop personalized exercise programs that are safe and effective for each individual's unique needs.

Luke Chastain

​Coach Luke holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Exercise Science with a minor in Athletic Coaching from Springfield College. Currently, he is pursuing a Master's

degree in Sports Psychology from the same institution. With a wealth of experience, Luke completed two Strength and Conditioning internships, one at Conca Fitness

and the other with New England Functional Fitness, before graduating.

Luke is an accomplished collegiate track athlete who achieved NEWMAC and 
Division III New England Champion during his career. He also earned NCAA DIII All Region Honors for the 2021 Outdoor season and showed exceptional performance in both

the 2022 Indoor and Outdoor Seasons in the 400m achieving All New England Honors.

In his free time, Luke enjoys engaging in activities like bowling and rock climbing.

Luke is passionate about sports performance and mobility training and is excited to work with athletes and individuals of all ages and performance levels to help them achieve their fitness goals. His unwavering dedication and enthusiasm for coaching ensure that his clients make progress towards their desired outcomes.

Preston Davis

Coach Preston graduated from UMASS Amherst with a degree in Kinesiology,

a study of movement. Coach Preston specializes in Human Biomechanics of Powerlifting, which has allowed him to utilize his own science to contend and

place 1st in numerous powerlifting competitions.

​Weighing in at 175 lbs, Coach Preston completed:

​435.4 lbs Back Squat

​562.2 lbs Dead Lift

​292.1 lbs Bench Press

Coach Anup received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from AIC after completing

a B.S. in Allied Health from UCONN. With an extensive background in Kinesiology & Human Biomechanics, Coach Anup specializes in bridging Physical Therapy clients into a safe and progressive strength and conditioning program.
