Our Mission

New England Functional Fitness was founded in 2019 by two passionate individuals who shared a love for strength training and physical therapy. Our mission is to provide a unique exercise experience that combines these two disciplines to create functional fitness programs tailored to meet the individual needs of our clients.

Our training studio is designed to provide highly effective and evidence-based training programs that prioritize biomechanics and anatomy. Our coaches are highly educated

and trained to work with individuals of all ages, orthopedic backgrounds, and levels of fitness. We prioritize education and stay up-to-date with the latest research and techniques to ensure our clients receive the most effective and safe training possible.

We understand that fitness is not a one-size-fits-all solution and each individual requires tailored training programs to achieve their goals. Whether you are a senior citizen, an athlete recovering from an injury, or simply looking to improve your general fitness, we

can create exercise routines designed specifically for you. Our focus on functional movement and injury prevention sets us apart from traditional gyms.
