Coach Alex got her start in fitness by playing softball from a young age and through college. She graduated from Becker College in 2019 with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science. She then went on to get her Master's in Strength and Conditioning from Arizona State University.
Alex has been training professionally for the last 7 years and has experience with a multitude of different clientele, ranging from youth and collegiate athletes, first responders, to general population. Her specialties include Corrective Exercise, Strength Training and Athletics.

John Murphy is a dedicated coach and trainer who combines technical expertise with a personable, approachable style that makes every client feel supported and motivated. In addition to personal training, John serves as an Assistant Track and Field Coach at Amherst College, specializing in jumps and multi-events. He not only brings technical skill to his coaching but also builds strong relationships with athletes through genuine care for their progress.

Coach Matt began his journey in this very building in 2014 as an Exercise Science Intern from Springfield College. Since then, Matt has received a Bachelors Degree in Applied Exercise Science and has become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
